Whose insurance products do we offer?
We can introduce you to a limited number of insurers to assist you with your purchase of:
Guaranteed asset protection
Warranty
Ask us for a list of insurance providers we can offer products from. On some products you may pay a single premium to us and we will tell you if this is required. In such situations we are receiving payment on behalf of the insurer and the insurance will only commence once we have received that payment. Subsequent contact to make a claim under the policy should be made direct to the insurer.
Which service will we provide you with?
We will advise and make recommendation for you after we have assessed you needs for guaranteed asset protection.

What can we do to help finance your purchase?
We can introduce you to a selected group of lenders who may be able to help you finance your purchase.
We will only introduce you to these lenders. (LeasePlan, Leasys, Alphera Financial Services, Santander, Vauxhall finance (GMac), Mitsubishi (Black horse) and Evolution.
This group of lenders provides us with a range of products which may be suitable for your purchase. We will explain the key features of those products to you.
Are we authorised to help you finance your purchase?
Yes, we are licensed as a credit broker by the FCA for credit related activities and our licence number is 311361. You can if you wish check this on the Consumer Credit Register by visiting the FCA’a website at www.fca.gov.uk/register.
General Information about our insurance and financial services
What will you have to pay us for our services?
There is no fee for this service.
We are not Independent Financial Advisors and so are unable to provide you with independent financial advice. We may receive a payment(s) or other benefits from finance or insurance providers you decide to enter into an agreement with. If we introduce your credit business to Finance Mitsubishi or Mitsubishi Contract Motoring, we will receive stocking benefits, which allow us to hold the mandatory vehicle stock required to operate the Mitsubishi franchise.
You will receive a quotation, which will tell you about any other fees relating to any insurance policy.
What to do if you have a complaint
Nathaniel Car Sales Ltd charge a processing fee of £199 + VAT once your finance application has been approved

Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim without any upper limit.
